REFUND & EXCHANGES

In any refusal, we will immediately refund your credit card or payment method used at checkout, for the total amount debited where your credit card has been charged.

Import duties & taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.
Duties & taxes are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. Therefore it will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked by authorities.
Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing sale items, this may exclude certain items and for a limited time only.

REFUNDS
You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card, debit card or through PayPal, apple pay, GPay, Klarna and like wise.
Refunds can only be charged back to the method used to purchase and to the original purchaser only.
We use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use SSL Software to encrypt your information when you visit and place an order on our secure server.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges will be offered on any damaged/defective item from the manufacturer.
Damage on transit will need to undergo an investigation and claim process which can take upto 21 days through the service/courier used.
We reserve the right to exchange or replace an item earlier then this time, it's at out own discretion on a case by case basis.
Please note we are a small business and this can not be offered every time.
Exchanges will be offered on all personalised items if in stock.
Personalised Items are Exempt from refunds unless damaged or defective form the manufacturer.

AVAILABILITY
We try to keep our site as up to date, however, we can not guarantee that all our products will always be in stock all year round. If an item is out of stock we will aim to deliver within 28 days. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within the 28 days you can request a cancellation and we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
For most items on our website, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods if they are Not Personalised Products. If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by contacting our customer services within 12 hours of ordering.
You cannot cancel your order if the goods that you have ordered that have already been dispatched, are perishable goods, or if the product is personalised or custom made to your requirements.
Due to the nature of our products, they are immediately sent for production. Please check your order during the order process and the confirmation email carefully (you may also print copy of your order upon payment if you are registered with us) as we cannot refund or cancel your order for personalised products which have been misspelt, or you have had a change of heart.
Please note that we do not proof read or check personalisation’s due to automated system and product may come blank or with fixed design or fixed text if you do not enter any personalisation.
